·In the first instance of the patent infringement case [2012] [Qingdao Intermediate People's Court] China Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.  v. Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.,  we represented the defendant and won.

·In the second instance of the administrative action [2012] [Beijing Higher People's Court] Beijing Weierdisi Technology Development Co., Ltd. v. Patent Reexamination Board, we won the case, which was remanded to the Patent Reexamination Board.

·In the second instance of the patent infringement case [2013] [Shandong Higher People's Court] China Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.  v. Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.,  we represented the defendant and won.

·In the patent infringement case [2013] [Suzhou Intermediate People's Court] Glaston Services Ltd. Oy v.  Luoyang Landglass Technology Co., Ltd., we represented the defendant and Glaston withdrew its suit.

·In the patent infringement case [2014] [Haidian People's Court] Chongqing Happyall Medical Instrument Limited Company v. Nanyang Grass jelly Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., we represented the plaintiff and won.

·In the patent infringement case [2014] [Wuhan Intermediate People's Court] Tensar Technologies Limited v. Taian Modern Plastic Co., Ltd., we represented Taian Modern Plastic Co., Ltd. and the plaintiff withdrew its suit.

·In the appeal case [2015] [Beijing Intellectual Property Court] of Nanyang Grass jelly Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. refusing to accept the first-instance judgment, we represented Chongqing Happyall Medical Instrument Limited Company and won.

·In the case [2015] [Patent Reexamination Board] of Zhejiang Huiyu construction Technology Co., Ltd requesting for invalidation of patent 201020579472.4 of Fischerwerke GmbH & Co. KG, we represented the petitioner and the patent was wholly invalidated.

·In the patent infringement case [2015] [Shandong Higher People's Court] Tensar Technologies Limited v. Taian Modern Plastic Co., Ltd., we represented the defendant to make an appeal, and the Shandong Higher People's Court's ruled to reject the claims of plaintiff in the first instance.

·In the case [2016] [Supreme Court] Tensar Geosynthetics (China) Limited refusing to accept the Shandong Higher People's Court's ruling and applying for retrial, we represented Taian Modern Plastic Co., Ltd.  and were questioned in the court, and the Supreme Court ruled to reject Tensar's application for retrial.

·In the case [2016] [Supreme Court] Longyan Wanteng Axle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. applying for retrial on administrative dispute over patent invalidation, we represented it and won.
