Mr. Zhao started to practice in intellectual property field in 1985 and qualified as a patent attorney in the same year. Mr. Zhao is one of the first batch of patent attorneys of China and he is skillful in drafting patent application documents in such fields of technology as mechanical and electrical engineering.
